Is your logo a one-time purchase or subscription?

Our logo is a one-time purchase and you will have access to your logo download center forever. There is NO subscription.

I forget to enter a discount code, can I get a refund?

In order to receive any discount, you must enter your discount coupon code at the time of purchase.

As a repeat customer, what discount level will I receive?

Please use the code LOGOPRO for at least 40% discount if you have purchased before. Based on the number of previous purchases in your account, you will recieve:

40% OFF if you have purchased at least 1 logo before
50% OFF if you have purchased at least 5 logos before
60% OFF if you have purchased at least 10 logos before

Can I design logos for others?

Yes, you can design logo for others and provide logo center link so they can download different logo files as needed. You can even transfer the logo ownership to the new account to allow modifications.

What package should I choose?

If all you need is a logo for your website or social media, you can choose our BASIC package. If you need to print your logo, please choose our PRO package. Of course, we like to recommend our BRAND package which will provide complete branding assets for your design. Please see the above chart for more details. Note: You can upgrade your logo package later on, but any coupon discount will only apply during initial logo purchase

What’s Designer Manual Fix?

Select this option if you need to make manual adjustment to your logo design. For $40 extra, we will connect you with our in-house designer who will manually adjust the design based on your instruction (up to 3 revisions).

Can I make design changes after purchase?

Yes. Login to your account and click on your profile image then “My logos”. Click on the edit button on top of the logo to start making design changes.
